I have ran three times this week. Two long and one short. The short one is about a mile. I am not sure how long the long one is since the odometer in my truck does not work. Becca, can you fly out here and walk around it for me so I know how far I am going?
Goals:
To run the whole way with out having to walk
buy new shoes
impress everyone driving by with my chicken legs

I think that's a great idea. We all need Becca to walk out a course for us!
BTW - Chris is going to count how many pedaling revolutions he makes in a week and I encouraged Tessa to count how many muscle movements she makes in one lap at the pool!
