OK - Here is what I was thinking about this blog:
- We can use this to post our progress as we train.
- We can use this blog to track our steps (for those with pedometers)
- We can use this blog to make fun of ourselves as we train (we are Nelsons and we are turkeys)
- This can be used for anything. Feel free to post pictures, stories or links to appropriate stuff.
The blog is open to anyone who might want to be author on this site. I have sent out some invites to a couple of people. If you want to be an author - let me know and I will send you an invite.
So lets have some fun!! Or kill our shins trying.

Well, I just back from the Y... so I've done my part for today. Tomorrow we go swim laps for an hour:-)
